FanCup is built on principles of respect, transparency, and mutual benefit. We aim to create a safe, welcoming environment for creators and fans alike.

1. Be Respectful

  • Treat all community members with respect and kindness
  • No harassment, bullying, or discriminatory language
  • Constructive criticism is welcome; personal attacks are not
  • Respect diverse opinions and backgrounds

2. Be Honest & Transparent

  • Provide accurate information about yourself and your content
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest or partnerships
  • Do not mislead others about investments or opportunities
  • Be clear about the risks involved

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal content or activities
  • Fraud, scams, or pyramid schemes
  • Violence, threats, or hate speech
  • Sexually explicit or adult content
  • Spam or unsolicited promotions
  • Impersonation of others
  • Market manipulation or pump-and-dump schemes

4. Creator Responsibilities

  • Deliver on promises made to your community
  • Engage authentically with your fans
  • Be transparent about your goals and progress
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Maintain consistent communication

5. Fan Responsibilities

  • Do your own research (DYOR) before investing
  • Invest only what you can afford to lose
  • Engage constructively in governance
  • Respect creator boundaries and decisions
  • Report suspicious activity

6. Trading & Market Behavior

  • No market manipulation or coordinated trading
  • No false or misleading information to influence prices
  • No insider trading or use of non-public information
  • Respect platform trading rules and limits

7. Intellectual Property

  • Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other IP rights
  • Do not use others' content without permission
  • Report IP violations to support@fancup.pro
  • Creators retain rights to their original content

8. Privacy & Safety

  • Do not share personal information of others
  • Respect privacy settings and boundaries
  • Report doxxing, stalking, or harassment
  • Protect your own personal information

9. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Warning notifications
  • Temporary restrictions on features
  • Suspension of accounts
  • Permanent bans for severe violations
  • Legal action when applicable

10. Reporting Violations

If you encounter violations of these guidelines:

  • Use the report function on the platform
  • Contact moderation@fancup.pro
  • Include evidence (screenshots, links, etc.)
  • We review all reports within 48 hours

11. Appeals Process

If you believe your account was restricted unfairly:

  • Submit an appeal to appeals@fancup.pro
  • Include your username and case details
  • Provide any relevant evidence
  • We review appeals within 7 business days

12. Updates to Guidelines

These guidelines may be updated periodically. We will notify the community of significant changes. Continued use of FanCup constitutes acceptance of updated guidelines.
