Getting Started
1. Creating an Account
- Click "Sign Up" on the homepage
- Enter your username, email, and password
- Verify your email address
- Connect a Solana wallet (Phantom recommended)
2. Connecting Your Wallet
- Install a Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack)
- Create or import a wallet
- Go to your FanCup dashboard
- Click "Connect Wallet" and approve the connection
3. Your First Badge
- Go to the NFT Badges section
- Find "FanCup Citizen" badge
- Click "Claim (Free)"
- Confirm the transaction in your wallet
Common Issues
Transaction Failed
- Check you have enough SOL for fees
- Verify your wallet is connected to Solana Mainnet
- Try refreshing the page and reconnecting
- Check Solana network status
Can't See My Balance
- Refresh the page
- Disconnect and reconnect your wallet
- Check your wallet directly
- Clear browser cache
Badge Not Claiming
- Verify you meet the requirements
- Check your transaction history
- Wait a few minutes for blockchain confirmation
- Contact support if issue persists
